I’ve been working hard to lose weight, and have gone from 116kg and am currently 84kg. I’m very happy with the weight loss and how much better I feel generally.
I have MS and am waiting for a complete knee replacement. Things not easy, am not able to exercise apart from a very slow walk every day if I’m able, so it’s been all reduction of calories and increase in vegetables and fruits. It’s just careful monitoring of what I eat. I do have an occasional treat but generally I’m very happy to eat better and less.
I’m kind of stable at this weight at the moment. I do need to lose more of course, but I keep a very careful eye on my weight and weigh myself at the same time each week.
Any help with losing about 10 more kg appreciated 😊
Thanks for all the support on here ❤️

Well done on your loss, sounds like you're doing a great job! Would you like to join us in the Wednesday weigh-in? I've popped the link below - it can help to post each week and chat to other members about how things are going. You might also pick up ideas in the Daily Diary.
I can’t exercise at the moment because of an injury but with carefully watching what you’re eating, it is possible to continue to lose weight. I’ve reached a plateau at times but then start to lose weight again. It is also true that as we move closer to our goal, our weight loss slows but by keeping a close eye on what we’re eating, we can gradually lose weight. Best wishes.
You will. I find I also have to be careful not to eat between meals. I have about a stone to lose and find that my progress is slower now but I am getting there. So will you.
