Hi Barbara2015,

I would recommend the following links - and you can see for yourself whether you think it would fit in best with your way of life:

nhs.uk/Livewell/weight-loss...

nhs.uk/LiveWell/Goodfood/Pa...

healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

Hope you'll enjoy being part of this forum and community.

Keep a diary of what you eat, and it can help to use an online App to keep track of calories - up the exercise where possible (use stairs, walk instead of drive, swim, run - whatever you enjoy) and swap high fat, sugary foods for fresh fruit and veg, and drink lots of water. The hardest part is making the decision to get started. Use the experiences of other people on this site to encourage you. Good luck!

Eat healthy and home-made food. Avoid sugar especially after fatty meals. Give up all sweet drinks and drink mineral water instead. Exercises might also be beneficial. You can add some healthy and natural weight loss booster like Tibetan herbs for slimming . All of that fits in with normal life.

I heard a lot about these herbs. Where did you buy them?

I bought them in my local healthy shop.

If you have plenty of spare time calorie counting is good as you can use your calories on whatever you want, but it is time consuming and I have gone back to Slimming World as you don't have to weigh everything. I work full time and found that weighing every item that went into a salad for example instead of being able to simply throw it all on a plate without even weighing the dressing (Italian light eg.) got too much for me personally. I am exercising as well 3 times a week so it seems to be working. You need to find what works for you and your present circumstances. Good luck with whatever you choose to do :)
