Hello I’m new here. Just signed up today. I once was a fit college athlete but bit by bit over my adult years my weight went up and down but mostly up. A little over a month ago, I started a weight loss/fitness journey ( again). I am retiring in 9 months and want to lose 75 pounds. Well I have lost 15 and have 60 left. I came here to get and hopefully give support to others. I know what to do but I need consistency and focus.
Starting weight 304
Currently 289
Goal 225
I am a large framed guy and I still carry quite a bit of muscle so 225 should look good on me. Pass the carrot sticks please lol

AWWEEEEE! She's GORGEOUS ! (Like her name sake ! Lol) I'm well jell, wish I could stroke and feed her! I'm going to use her pic for Wobblers this week! x
5 times a day, they usually get the last one at 10pm and that does them till 6am. In a couple of days they’ll just get fed 4 times as their appetite grows. X
Thanks for the encouragement guysIt sure is different to lose weight now than it was in my 30s. Much slower now. But I have decided that I’ve gotta realize that’s ok. Slow and steady is ok.
