Hi playtricia and welcome to this amazing forum. I believe many of us have been caught up in this terrible pandemic. You have proved to yourself that you can lose weight, it sounds like a lot of weight too. I find that the best way of staying on-track is becoming as active as possible in this community.
I suggest you spend some time clicking about to find your way around. It's easier if you have a lap-top as there are several threads. If you’re using another device I strongly suggest that you use the web page as opposed to the app at least until you know your way around.
Have a good read of the pinned post “Welcome Newbies” and follow every thread.
Here’s the link to the pinned posts, healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
Here’s the link for the “Tour” of the forum. If you haven’t already taken it.
I strongly suggest you read and contribute to the Daily Diary and participate in a Weekly Weigh in.
You will find there's loads of tips about better eating, from other members. Sharing your daily menu not only helps you stay committed, it can help other members too.
Good luck I hope to "see " you around.
Don’t panic or worry is my first thoughts. If you managed to lose over 4st before you know you can achieve it again. I actually put on weight last year by going back to my old ways. Just looked at my lose it app was 102kg last April and now under 85 kg.
I would say try what worked for you before and exercise as much as can.
I walk between 3/6 miles a day and play tennis and will be back doing the gym next week. You need to find something you enjoy or won’t continue it long term.
You can achieve your goal but will need effort and determination.
thank you for your reply im starting swimming from monday when it iopens back up, i swim for one hour every day and do about 55 lenths, so hopefully that will help me lose it again
