I have just weighed myself and i am the same as i was last two weeks, not sure why? I feel like i have put on weight but i haven't. What can i do to lose 2lbs every week or even 1lbs i don't mind, i don't want to lose to quick, but as long as i lose something !! 😮

My suggestion would be to get involved with forum activities as that's where you'll pick up tips and find the most encouragement. For instance, yesterday's Daily Diary had nearly 350 replies. As springersrule says, it's hard to give helpful guidance without knowing what and how you eat, so head over to today's diary, read what people are posting, post your own plan for today and ask any questions you want.
