Good morning all, another positive weigh in this week ! Another 2lb loss

Last week 15st 13oz.

This week 15st 11 oz.

I'm not sure this week how that has been achieved

lemsip max strength 40 calories

Throat sweets 36 calories .

I have managed to stay within my calorie count everyday ( 1400 - 1800 calorie range nhs )

Unfortunately there has been little meal planning this week, however I planned my shopping well before the lergy kicked in ๐Ÿค’๐Ÿ˜ท๐Ÿคงso only had good food in the cupboards. Well done guys you are all doing so well.๐Ÿ˜€I read all your inspirational posts and it certainly is helping me with my journey . Not sure if I'm getting the full site on my iPad as I can't seem to find daily diary page etc!!! Unless I'm just technically challenged and not doing it right!!! But would like to join in the daily diary.

Hello H27p sorry to hear you've been unwell but well done for getting all the good food in beforehand and for loosing 2lb. It should be ok for today but in future could you follow the weigh in thread and log your weight there please. It makes it easier for the administrator to do the stats plus you will be able to see how everyone else is doing

Hi SukiV I can't seem to find all the areas that you all mention i.e. Diary page etc!! When I log in I purely have messages !! X

Sorry to hear you have not been well this week, hope you feel better soon.

If your using the new app it doesn't have all the site options on it so you are better going to the main forum. You can find the Daily Diary on the Home page in Events next to the Weigh in and What's happening today posts.

Hi H27p sorry to hear you are unwell, but a 2lb loss well done. It's easy to lose track when feeling unwell but you are obviously motivated.

It does seem that motivation has hit me square between the eyes!!! Not sure what triggered it but thankful it's arrived !!! Long may it last !! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
