Keep going. I stated AGAIN on friday. Today my head is like cotton wool and I'm grumpy and fed up. But I'm not going to quit. I'm keeping going. I'm going to get my boots on and walk the dogs even though the weather is rubbish. I need to keep our of the kitchen as much as possible today as willpower is not my friend right now. You can do this keep moving forwards we are all in it together.
I know what you mean and you have to keep trying. Please do not be fed up life is good, take those lovely dogs out and sniff in the air (but not close to anyone). I get negative after dinner, well thats when I think that no-one is watching and sneak a packet of crisps, der it makes me chuckle as if it bothers anyone else what I eat 😂

I would encourage you to join one of the daily weigh-in sessions as you will be guaranteed that at least on that day you will get a lot of others folk supporting you and you can also help to support them. We all need some help and encouragement through this journey. I know first hand how stop-start it can be for some of us. I am hosting tomorrows session if you feel up to joining in. If you have a bad week, fear not as we will help you to dust yourself down and find the strength to keep going.

I had to read your post twice as I thought I'd written it!! I have been trying to lose weight ( again, on and off for years)but just can't get my head around it. I've invested in some pinch of nom books which have helped but it's the mental aspect I struggle with. Finally this week I thought I'm just going to make healthy choices and cut out bread ( which seems to cause me severe indigestion whenever I eat it)and see what happens. I too have managed to reach my fourth day and already feel better and more positive. Fingers crossed we'll reach a full week and then the world's our oyster!! I'm not counting anything or writing anything down, I'm just treating food as a normal thing and choosing to have healthier meals. I find obsessing makes me eat more! Good luck with your journey. We can do this together!! 😀😀
Hello JHWales, I got on the scales and lost a pound then felt sorry for myself and gave up again. Life is strange, I will try again maybe I need to stop worrying about everyone else and look after me Good luck x

Thank you BridgeGirl, my boy goes back to school on Monday so I am going to focus on me me me, I am so glad that you messaged me, I will be in a better frame of mind monday, I have made a promise to myself. I am still being aware of what I am eating but full on Monday. x
