GOOD MORNING MY C25kers
I've done it!
I'm feeling really chuffed about the whole thing and my dog thinks it's brill too!
Going out so early in the morning gives her the opportunity to chase deer and rabbits to her hearts content
I've got sore toes, no blisters, but they seem to be a bit swollen. I guess I just need to toughen up
Have great runs everyone!
Do your trainers have enough room in the toe box. Running trainers are usually a bit bigger than your normal shoes. It depends on make but mine are a uk 6 and I would never wear more than a Uk 5 in a normal shoe.
Also socks matter. If you can afford proper run socks they are most comfy. But sports socks are definitely required not normal.
Also Vaseline on the feet (no really) helps protect against chafing. Just watch the dog though mine loves the smell.
Oh and woo hoo well done. X
Fantastic Moreless, really great!!!! I hope your toes recover soon.
Have a great day!
My next run is on the weekend, and I'm looking forward to it.
Good luck to everyone for their next runs.

Hello fellow runners
I'll be doing my 3rd run tonight to complete week 2.
Was very proud of myself on Wednesday as I felt super bloated and was very short on time as was going to be naughty and skip it but thought better of it and pushed myself to do it
Hi Primelle,
Great! Also, well done for encouraging yourself to do that run on Wednesday, despite feeling like skipping it. Glad you felt better for doing it.
Enjoy your run later.
