Dinner tonight- fish Friday 🐟 managed to get my partner to eat fish now which is great because its good for us. Dinners are sorted for most nights because we do a meal box delivery. But breakfasts and lunches I need to have a better think about. I keep eating bread and cereal mostly its quick and easy, I work FT and have fatigue issues. Also need to try to move and exercise more. I'm waiting for surgery on my Thyroid and it could be cancer so I am finally accepting and addressing my weight is a problem for my health and actively trying to improve my health. It's helping knowing I will post my weight on Fridays on this site, it keeps me motivated and calorie counting too to see what I actually eat. I have done well but when I feel down it makes me want to eat bad food, i can feel it calm me but then the guilt sets in. I've avoided it so far though. I don't buy anything like crisps or cakes for the house. Sorry for the long post

Same Here , I had plaice with mash & cabbage. Glad I am not the only one about who still has fish on Friday. In my young days if I ate my fish I got a cream cake for pudding. So blame my mum for the cake habit . Have a nice day.
