Trying to keep myself under control

I'm expecting last week to catch up with me so I was meant to be on the ball this week, however I've eaten things I couldn't be sure of the values of so I'm over my allowance everyday this week so far. The binger in me is trying to take over and I'm desperately trying to quell it. The time of year isn't helping when there are so many delicious things to be eaten. MUST KEEP CONTROL!

A bit up and down this week. Everything was fine til friday then discovered what i thought was a full tummy was actually a very slow acting digestive system due to the morphine for my knee. So i havent actually eaten since friday tea time. No appetite, not even hungry, but totally bloated - my tummy has expanded by 2 inches!!!! Got some tablets from the pharmacy but no change so far. Not sure how that will translate on the scales tomorrow but i think i'm prepared for whatever it says 😊 xx

Oh no. That sounds uncomfortable bless you. I hope you're less bloated soon and have an appetite back.

Thanks. It is but at least the incessant belching has subsided mostly 😂😂. I'm missing cooking, which i never expected, i cant even muster the enthusiasm to make soups for next week. In fact even the mushrooms in the fridge dont shout to me 😱. I'm sure it wont go on for too long. I have a morphine review with my gp tomorrow anyway so will talk to them about it xx

Hope the GP can help so you can enjoy food again 😊
