Hi , I’m into my 3rd week of couch to 5k . Just been on a run in the snow , to say it was difficult would be an understatement ! I was slipping everywhere 😂
Anyway, I did it and I’ve lost 6lb in 3 weeks by exercising and watching what I eat. I’ve massively cut down on booze . Was booze free for 2 weeks and will be allowing myself a tipple on a Saturday night only from now on.
Hoping to pick up some tips etc from here.

I suggest you spend some time clicking about to find your way around. It's easier if you have a lap-top as there are several threads. If you’re using another device I strongly suggest that you use the web page as opposed to the app at least until you know your way around.
