What do you make with smoked salmon slices ?

I had a toasted bagel thin with salmon and three eggs this morning ! Lost 5lb in two weeks

Agree, for me there would be the salmon and eggs sleeping on a bed of green salad and some red/black berries all over the plate.

My "to go" recipe is S. Salmon added to a creamy/ buttery sauce at the last minute. Served on a bed of "Cabbage" pasta.

Just substitute the fresh salmon with smoked. Add a generous twist of freshly ground black pepper.

Looks nice but I try to limit bread .Nice green salad with a sweet / jacket potato as an evening meal or with smashed avocado with chilli flakes and lime juice with 2 tbsp of brown rice with onion and mushrooms . I have quite weird fusions to try and max nutrients .

Sounds like a good breakfast although for me a weekend one. Wouldn’t have time when working but I think the thin bagel would work nicely.
