Hi there. I've always found it hard to shift the pounds but I've just purchased the weight loss pill t5 does anyone know if it's any good????

Be careful! I would take the bottle to show your doctor first and ask them about what is safe. Someone tragically died in the UK recently after taking weight loss pills she purchased online after all. I know it was a different drug but still, you want to be sure this one is properly regulated.

The only way to lose weight is to eat properly and exercise, not pills!

Hi, I was prescribed Orlistat by my dr a few years ago but never took it as I thought as soon as I stopped taking it I would put the weight back on. I also felt I needed to have a proper eating plan to go with it but was not given any.

I think it may be oK if you see a dietician as well but can't see it working in the long term.

Please, please go and see a doctor.You don't know what is really in this pill, it might not react well with other medication or health issues. After years on various diets I know there is no miracle cure for being overweight. If by some one millionth of a chance this pill works, what are you going to do take it for the rest of your life, so that you don t put the weight back on?

Im sorry this sounds really preachy and condemnatory, it's not meant to be- I am concerned for your health. Take a look at the NHS 12 week plan instead.

I've just looked up t5 and it says that side effects can include high blood pressure, fainting, headaches, anxiety and sleeplessness.
