Loving the 12 week weight loss plan, I have lost 7 pounds in my first week and this week I have not lost anything but I am happy as I did go out for a meal and had a few drinks!

Hi Natalie1990,

Congratulations on your weight loss so far. You're doing really well - I think it would be unusual to have lost more than 7 pounds over a two week period - healthy weight loss is usually between 1 and 2 pounds per week, and it's normal to lose more in the first week. So you're doing fine!

Thank you Lowcal! I hope this week is a good week! I was not disappointed I did not loose anything this week as I had such a big weight loss the first week.
