Hi everyone today is going to be my first day of taking care of myself, I am tired of thinking about weight loss all the time and want to do something about it, I am 77kgs and 62inches in height, my goal is to be a confident healthier version of myself
Please all let me know what has worked for you and in how long you started noticing your weight going down as its motivating for me
From now on i wish to be on here often to keep myself on track
