Hi and welcome, Paulabia
My advice, because it worked for me, would be to concentrate on eating real food and limiting 'junk' food as much as possible. This is a simple guide healthunlocked.com/api/redi... and this is all the different plans that others are following healthunlocked.com/weight-l... you'll need to find the way that suits you best and that you'll find sustainable.
All of the information you need about the forum can be found in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... and I hope you'll be joining all the Events, Challenges and Clubs that we run, especially a weigh-in and the daily diary.
If you haven't already taken it, here's a tour of the forum healthunlocked.com/?tour=true
We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.
Wishing you all the best
Hi, the best advice I can give is to join our weigh in, here's the link to tomorrow's, hope to see you there! x
Start simply by stopping bad snacks (crips, chocolates, biscuits, cakes, donuhts etc...).
For snacks, have fruit (grapes, dates, raisins, ripe bananas etc.) in place of sweet treats, drink lots of water (or with sugar free squash), and stick to 3 good meals a day.
Add a bit of exercise, start with "a walk round the block", it will help clear your mind - especially at times when you're really craving something sweet it will help squash that craving. Be strong and good luck!
