On week 10 of app programme. Have lost 1 Stone 6 Pounds in that time by watching and cutting down the calories. Want to maintain weight longer term and not put it all on again. I'm a self employed gardener and once the season slows down the weight piles on. Made a great effort this year to cut down in advance of the less active months. Any advice would be well received.

I suggest you spend some time clicking about to find your way around. It's easier if you have a lap-top as there are several threads. If you’re using another device I strongly suggest that you use the web page as opposed to the app at least until you know your way around.
Have a good read of the pinned post “Welcome Newbies” and follow every thread.
Here's the link to the pinned posts.

I strongly suggest you read and contribute to the Daily Diary and participate in a Weekly Weigh in.
You will find there's loads of tips about better eating, from other members. Sharing your daily menu not only helps you stay committed, it can help other members too.
Good luck I hope to "see " you around. 🍀😉
I think being mindful and aware of the issues is half the battle, you have had 10 weeks to create better eating habits that should help you during your less active time.
As TheTabbyCat says, it’s not all about calories, but having some knowledge of will help you. If you run the NHS BMI checker it will give you a good starting point, and you can adjust the activity levels on the calculator accordingly 😊
Congratulations !
