Well it has been a month since I got off ADT and started my weight loss journey. I thought I would share the results. After the replies I got here (thank you) and past experiences I built a program that has reduced my weight (23 lbs) reduced my belly (2 inches) and has increased my stamina.
Heres what I did. Went on Adkins 20 diet for two weeks, Did fasting (first meal at 10 am last at 6-7pm). Eliminated all carbs and sugars and I do mean ALL. Daily exercise of at least 30 minutes, and I golf/bike 3-5 times a week.
I am now on a 40 carb daily limit and NO sugars. I am also experimenting with CBD oil and results so far are good for stiffness and anxiety. I weight myself daily at same time and like seeing the lbs. Went from 292 to current weight of 269 (cracking 6's was my goal but now I want more).
I am totally not hungry very often. Fasting is tremendous tool. Hope this will help you guys with an ADT gut......(will work for women too).

Well done. When I i was on Sertaline I was trying to lose weight but really struggled and a over a period of time I had put weight on. Once off doing the same exercise and calorie counting the weight dropped. Keep the work and it comes off. Should be proud of yourself.
Great news, but the increased flexibility and reduced anxiety may not be anything to do with cbd, but more to do with blood sugar. Raised blood sugar leads to chronic inflammation, which is what's mostly the reason for 'beer belly', and wheat belly'. The inflammation also affects the nerves which can result in sleep problems, anxiety, depression and contributes to mental health in general. It can also cause migraine, fibromyalgia, epilepsy, Parkinson's, rls and similar conditions. Inflammation can also affect the joints, leading or contributing to rheumatoid arthritis
