Why not join the Daily Diary? You'll find dozens of members there talking food and meal plans.

From this single post, it seems a lot of carbohydrate/sugar to start the day but it's hard to say anything useful without knowing your plan for the whole day. That's where the Diary comes in. I trust you're having healthy, full fat yoghurt.
