How many calories per day? And are you interested in an exercise challenge in the New Year? And by all means please join the North Pole expedition if you managed to record any steps/kms last week.
Hi Claude, did the chocolates come back up because they irritated your stomach or you deliberately brought them back up? From your posts there is a tiny amount of healthy food and then some sweet treats that add calories but won't nourish you at all. If you ate more fresh healthy food you could get more nutrition for your calorie allowance. Im concerned that if you're throwing up on purpose this really isn't the right website for you to be? Sorry if I've misunderstood, but it wouldn't be right to give you advice on weight loss if you really need a different sort of support.☀️
Whatever the reason for being sick, it's unlikely all those calories came back up, especially with chocolate as chocolate is absorbed almost immediately by the body so out of 600 calories, your body probably still absorbed at least 100 calories I reckon. As Fran says, fresh healthy food is a better way of using up your calorie allowance.
Yesterday you put that Meal 2 was a piece of chocolate cake, today Meal 2 was 3 mince pies...that's a lot of sugar that's probably making you hungry and reaching for the chocolates! Protein fills you up so your Meal 2 should be something more like a chicken breast with vegetables and perhaps a few small baby potatoes...mmm, I'm making myself hungry now and it's only 10am...
Are you a sugar addict? I have been all my life, but have been reading a lot about how harmful it is to our bodies and have consequently been removing it from my diet. I now don't have those massive highs and lows and my energy is a lot better.
It also means I have replaced the crap with much more nourishing food which means I feel healthier than I have felt for a long time.
I don't know if this will work for you? Can you get some dietary advice from a professional nutritionist, your GP may be able to put you in contact with one.
