Don't be afraid of hard work, Ollio, it's character building and is what makes us strong!

You can do this, just take each day as it comes :)

It might have been hard but you made it through! And if you can manage one day, then you can manage each day as it comes :)

It'll be worth it in the end so keep going and keep believing in yourself. It'll get a bit easier over time.

Goodluck!

One day at a time.

What are you doing today ollio Do you have a meal plan? Are you going to try another walk?

Stick with it Ollio, if you're able to rest and sleep do so. You will eat less if not tired. Pace yourself , be kind to yourself; the anxiety will pass. Don't under estimate the importance of sleep during these first few days . The tiredness will pass. I'm on day 2 - we'll do this together

I am glad you are at the same starting point as me. I am struggling.

ollio , which bit are you struggling with, tell us which aspect and we may be able to make it easier. Don't try making all the changes at once. Well done for getting through it. We are all here to support you. Message if you come unstuck, you CAN do it, keeping telling yourself 'I can I can I can' :)

The whole thing I am struggling. Especially finding the energy needed to help me to self-discipline. Going out walking....eating...all of it .I feel like my head is spinning.

Are you trying to change everything at once? Just start slowly and only change 1or 2 things. What sort of eating plan are you following. The eating side of your weight loss is more important than the exercise. Try just concentrating on one day at a time, make small goals, really small goals and try not to let it take over your life. Good Luck.

Well done you😊👍💐⭐❤ day 1 passed and you smashed it, might have been hard but you did it ⭐ now you tackle Day 2 and it won't beat you because you are in control of you👍 No one else.

I put £1 away for every 1 lb of weight I loose why not do similar to save for something you really want (not a Porsche of course lol) something you feel you wouldn't ordinarily spend your money on. That way every day you win your new journey you can pop £1 ( or whatever you wish if you are not in the UK) in a jar and visually see the days you win and the £1's grow in front of you.

Make a little list of what you feel you achieved yesterday, how you feel about achieving it and what you hope to achieve by next week.

Keep your notes together so you can reflect and see your progress.

Good luck you are doing FAB!

Hooray! You're on Day 2 ollio, that's the first baby step towards success.
