Hi I have just joined this week and still getting to grips with it all. I hope you are all well and safe. I thought I would give a little info on myself.
I am a married mum of four. My youngest was born just before lockdown. I actually lost weight in pregnancy, then when I had her I craved chocolate and was binging through the night when I was Bottle feeding her, the. Snacking on it through the day as I didn’t have two minutes to myself.
I am now in much more of a routine and ready to go. I have tried slimming world for the past few weeks losing half a stone but that’s all I seem to lose. I feel I have a long way to go. As a family too we want a more healthier lifestyle. We are quite active often walking and o do the couch to 5k too.
