Couple of offerings here from me- trying to have a predominantly veggie week.
1st - Italian style meatballs with fried shredded cabbage. Onions, red pepper, courgettes, garlic, oregano, passatta, black olives with beef meatballs, parmesan cheese & black pepper, served with cabbage gently fried in olive oil. Really like shredded cabbage instead of pasta spaghetti, took me a while to adapt , so if you're not sure - persevere!
