2nd offering - left overs vegetable curry with cauliflower rice. Butternut squash, lone sweet potato, red pepper, courgettes, red onions, 2 heaped tbsp of medium curry powder (needed more really), cooked in coconut milk topped with chopped coriander and served with cauliflower rice lightly fried in stir fry oil. Tasted good but could have been spicier! Again quite into the rice replacement - OH not mad so I tend to do him rice!

I’m with hubby I’m afraid, haven had any luck with Cauliflower rice 😕 Have you tried just making a cauliflower curry as a side rather than making it look like rice? That’s a firm favourite in our house 😊
Prefer my cauli as cauli not cauliflower rice. I use quinoa sometimes instead of rice and put coriander or other herbs in to give it some oomph.

Does what it says on the tin! I don't do jogging or running of any sort!! Hated it at school, hate it now. Fortunately this hasn't passed on to my daughter's who have both completed marathons! I'll brisk walk and jog during aqua aerobics- don't mind that😁
