So, I have treated myself to my first week off in 8 months, usually I am going away when off but for obvious reasons not doing that this week. I have difficulty in disciplining myself during work so I’m worried that I will “break” while off.
Any tips would be really welcome!!

I was going to suggest using the Daily Diary as I've found it a great help for keeping me to my plans, as well as a source of ideas. I see you posted for Sunday: maybe plan your meals for the following day each evening, share them and join in the chat.
Do something nice for yourself. I know it's not easy as lots of places are closed or "odd" and you can't do anything spontaneous but have a few things in your mind that you're going to do and see, by yourself or with others.
Oh, and don't forget Lytham is running her "Veggie-off". Why not try out some new recipes or buy a veg you've never tried before and find 2 or 3 ways of using it.
last summer for quite a few weeks I only had at home whatever I was planning to eat that day, to avoid any temptations 😊 but that’s only possible when you live alone and when there are no difficulties popping into shops every day... 😕
