So it looks like i missed my first weigh in by 5 days.... oops!

Hope everyone is staying motivated and on track!

I am mostly on plan and doing well, do any of you have problems of a sabotaging other half...

Every time i get a good result he goes and “celebrates” with all my fav things...

We have spoken about this and i should have the will power to say no but alas i do not!

I cant be the only one right?????

Maybe he thinks you don't really mean it, if you go along with the "celebrations".

Hi,

My OH a while back, used to be a little like that. Thankfully, this time around, he's being very supportive, even cooking the LCHF menus.

If I were you, I would have a sit-down chat with him, and let him know how you feel.

I am no expert, but there could be a few things at play here.

If after talking with him, if he still ignores your wishes on this, then....don't mean to offend here...but toughen up a little, and say 'no.' Even if you have to do this a few times...he should eventually get the message.

Good luck 🤗

If he can’t stop celebrating your good results, then simply don’t tell him! Tell us instead. Hopefully, by the time you are where you want to be you won’t want the “treats”/be persuadable.

Do you like flowers? Ask him to get you something non food related to celebrate with or tell him watching the twins while you have a canlelit bath is more appreciated 😉

Glad I’m not the only one! I was starting to think i was the only one here without will power when someone makes food for me! Thank you xxxx

Maybe a little list of celebration non food item ideas pinned up and he could 'surprise' you with something off it..

Hello and welcome, Sealifebee 😊

Good suggestion!

You'll find all the information you need about the forum in our Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... including a Welcome message, the Daily Diary and the current weigh in: a good place to start is by joining a weekly weigh in on the day of your choice (why not join the Saturday Super Slimmers this morning?) and using the Daily Diary, where members share their meal plans.

Take your time exploring. This gives you a tour of the forum healthunlocked.com/?tour=true and, along with Pinned Posts, will show you how things work. I hope you'll become an active member and we will see you joining in around the forum 😊

PS the app doesn’t give access to all parts of the forum so we advise everyone to get rid of the app and log on to the full website using the browser on their phone

You're welcome :) Do some exploring: there's a lot going on so it can be complicated but once you get involved, it will all fall into place

No you're not!! Got home other day to a beef and mushroom pie ....... oooo pie - yum! Did eat a smaller portion than I wdve had in the past and put the Jersey Royals on his plate! So at least I made some effort to offset 😁 OH is well meaning most of the time!
