My OH a while back, used to be a little like that. Thankfully, this time around, he's being very supportive, even cooking the LCHF menus.
If I were you, I would have a sit-down chat with him, and let him know how you feel.
I am no expert, but there could be a few things at play here.
If after talking with him, if he still ignores your wishes on this, then....don't mean to offend here...but toughen up a little, and say 'no.' Even if you have to do this a few times...he should eventually get the message.
If he can’t stop celebrating your good results, then simply don’t tell him! Tell us instead. Hopefully, by the time you are where you want to be you won’t want the “treats”/be persuadable.
Do you like flowers? Ask him to get you something non food related to celebrate with or tell him watching the twins while you have a canlelit bath is more appreciated 😉

Take your time exploring. This gives you a tour of the forum healthunlocked.com/?tour=true and, along with Pinned Posts, will show you how things work. I hope you'll become an active member and we will see you joining in around the forum 😊
