If you are the sort who is tempted to binge when things don't go to plan or you feel down make sure you don't have anything in the cupboard or fridge which will harm your diet. It is far harder to resist bingeing on crisps, biscuits cakes, etc if they are readily available and in the house. ( I remember once trying to resist chocolate by putting it on a shelf I could not reach - just got a ladder - for just one square - over and over again)
If you are serious about losing weight it starts by not buying and supplying yourself with stuff you know will undo all that good work in dieting all day just to ruin it in a few minutes.
Get rid of all sugar substitutes and diet food which are not good for you and instead have at hand some walnut halves and almonds and take a few of these as your treat. Get rid of diet drinks and fizzy drinks and drink water. Diet drinks and fizzy drinks just make you more hungry.
