I pinched this recipe from someone's post on vegetarian breakfast ideas but I can't for the life of me find it now! So apologies to the originator of this great little dish that I haven't given you credit - mea culpa.
Mix a tbsp almond flour (or ground almonds) with one egg. Fry in some butter for about 3 minutes each side. Serve with Greek yogurt and berries.
Ps I ate this at 10am and it kept me going until 2.30pm.

They are fundamentally the same, but I think almond flour might be more finely ground. I've only had ground almonds so far, and they work in recipes that call for almond flour, but until I get some actual almond flour, I won't know which is superior.
Thanks for the idea, monday1957 (and Hidden ) . Should have had this for breakfast today! Well, there's always tomorrow.
This is great - I tried it this morning - just what I had been looking for 😊 Thanks for posting.
Morning
This looks lovely...
Ive added it to my cookbook 😊👍
Hi monday1957 How are you? Pancakes like this are on my to do list, the recipe I have uses coconut flour, but I am going to buy ground almonds at my next big shop! There is also something called cloud bread that I am wanting to try out.
Hi LondonSue from a v wet corner of the metropolis!!! It's good for the garden though, so as long as the weather perks up for our Open Garden event this Sunday, I'll be happy ☺️
I'm a big fan of almond flour (well, I use ground almonds as I rarely see the former). I use it as a base for quiche, for keto biscuits, to make a white sauce for lasagne etc
Hi, so sorry I missed your reply or would have answered sooner! I am pretty good this week thanks. Had some time off to do nice things!
How lovely to have an open garden event, I love going to those. It can be such a revelation what lovely gardens people have hidden behind their house!
I bought my almond flour (ground almonds) and have a recipe I am going to do soon for lemon bars, youtube.com/watch?v=agCS9tq... First cakey type treat for a month!
Just saw this today. I have bought some almond flour but can we get confectioner’s swerve In the U.K.? What is it? Do you know whether there is anything else that isn’t sugar and doesn’t have a bitter aftertaste? I really want to make these!!
Yes, you can order it from Amazon. Ingredients list says it is Erythritol, oligosaccharides and natural flavours. I have stevia drops and granulated erythritol. You can blitz granulated to get confectioners (I.e. consistency of icing sugar). Apparently monkfruit is also a good replacement but I haven’t tried it.
