I made it through a very stressful day at work and went to the gym and managed 40 minutes of cardio - feeling very pleased with myself πŸ˜€

Stressy work days are not good, and can really make me struggle, so great stuff. A good cardio session should set you up for feeling better though.

I found it hard to ditch the biscuits but every time I went near the tin I reminded myself there were no ingredients in them that my body needed so why did I want to put bad things in my body?? I haven't had any for 4 months now and don't really miss them. I try to have a small quantity of nuts or a full fat yogurt or a piece malt loaf with butter on and count it in my calories for the day. It takes a while to break the yearning !! I'm also trying to give up all processed foods it's slow but I don't eat anything like as many as I used to ....... just keep going you will be fine πŸ˜ƒ

Well done, such a positive way to combat stress. I had a bad day yesterday too...I went for a long walk because the weather was so nice! Congrats for circumnavigating the biscuits, that takes will power! They are definitely my downfall.
