Hi, why not start using the Daily Diary to help with planning your meals? It doesn't matter if you haven't got every detail, that can develop over time.

Thanks for all the info there I’ve just had a little explore. I love the diary can get loads of ideas from that as sometimes you can easily get stuck eating the same things.

I was going to suggest just the same as BridgeGirl and I am pleased to see that you have taken a look and have found some inspiration. The Daily Diary is a great place to have a chat with others as well as the weigh in and as BridgeGirl suggested, try and get there earlier on Friday - I shall look out for you

Im sorry you feel you did not do very well this week x Stay Positive x Walking is really good it gives you time to think x Try and keep on track by keeping a food and drink diary I find it does help x I have lost 1kg doing that and walking in my first week. I have also got the sweatcoin ap which I find good x Check it out x

Positive going into next week . I’ll be increasing my walking this week ditching the car and walking to work. How have you done with the food side of things I find it hard not to snack 😀

I do like to snack too but find because I write everything down it helps me keep on track. Mostly I snack on fruit or yogurt but occassionally have a ww desert which helps with my sweet cravings. Also walking really helps to focus your mind on other things x I know sometimes it is hard but we can do this together x
