It is a very common feeling. Tired/cold - food sorts it.
I guess the important bit that I have found is to plan my meals so I always know what I am having (I use the Daily Diary on the forum), I then find it easier to have what I should be having rather than have to think of something else. Good food makes you feel better and you do begin to recognise that.
Take one day at a time and before you know where you are the weeks will be flying in.

Go into the home page then go to the right of the screen (on a laptop) and you will find it in events. It is there every day.
If you check the link that you got when you first joined you will find information about all of the different bits of the forum. And if you wish you can just nosey around and find things.

Could I suggest listening to a weight loss hypnotherapy session each night before you go to sleep? (There are loads of them online).
This is a great stress reliever, which also works on suppressing appetite urges ... and you get a brilliant sleep into the bargain!
