I was on here previously, quite a few years ago, and lost a stone and a half, but since then lost my mojo and I drifted a bit. So I have decided to come back and have another go, especially as these are such challenging times and the tendency to turn to food is great! Looking for camaraderie and support, which I know I will find.
At the moment I am not planning any radical changes other than just cutting RIGHT down on cakes, pastries and chocolate. My regular diet isn't too appalling, it's the extra's that are the problem!!! xx
