Hey, yeah I’m calorie counting too - it’s so easy I can see it being something I do every day for forever. I know someone who knows calorie counting so well that they do it in their mind, almost without thinking. I’m not at that stage yet - I put everything into My Fitness Pal and it keeps track of my cals for me - are you using an app? Good luck with it 👍
