Sorry I'm late in posting
Last weeks weight was
15st 7 3/4lb
This weeks weight is
15st 1 3/4
A loss of 6lb
I've changed a lot of things since last Saturday.
I felt terrible putting on so much weight
7 lb after my holiday and my birthday
So I had a good talking to myself and did a few things
1) joined a gym
2) Drank loads of water
3) dropped a lot of the carbs and dairy
4) wrote everything down and planned
5) changed my Fitbit to 5 instead of 3 lots of steps and included 3 lots of swimming.
Phew thank goodness it was worth it π
