B - granola, Muller light yogurt and blueberries.
L - feta cheese salad with coleslaw, not home made
D - salmon, potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, sprouts.
S - banana, apple, clementine, alpen light
I've had my 5 a day and drank plenty, no exercise thou.
