I updated my digital bathroom scales to weigh me in stones and pounds not kilos. I'm pleased that I've lost 8lbs. Well, since January 2019 but the last four weeks MFP calorie recording and exercise are probably responsible for most of the loss. I feel better now. Well, I will do when this upset stomach disappears and I can get back to exercising.
I last weighed myself on Saturday and was disappointed to say the least. However, I need not weigh myself so often. Weekly-or-so weigh ins for me from now on. Which will be in stones and pounds because that's what I prefer on a personal basis. I accept it makes no difference to weight loss itself. That comes from effort put into calorie deficit.
