after looking at the NHS website and deciding a healthy weight target im aiming for 1400 calories a day due to health mobility issues im unable to do much in the way of exercise but will do my best to get moving around more x good luck to both of us
Hello fenwiggler . Nice to see you here. Can I just say that 1400 cals per day is nowehere near enough if you need to lose six stone. Please do read all the info the Admin people have given you, follow the links and work out what a reasonable amount for you to eat might be. 1400 is a generic number, and will not work for most people. You will find yourself hungry all the time, and that is not a sustainable way forward. Hunger is why most diets don't work, healthy eating and gradual weight loss is the way to go. Good luck!
