Missed Monday weigh in πŸ˜”

Hi guys I missed Monday weigh in so here it is I am 21.4 stones but I'm actually happy about that because when I last weighed myself about 2 months ago I was a stone heavier so the tiny changes I've made have worked πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€ will be reporting weight loss on Monday along with you all hope your week is going well x

Never mind, you weighed in today! It's great that you've already lost a stone since you last weighed yourself 2 months ago, that shows you're already making really great progress, so Congratulations on losing that stone! That must feel good!!!! :-)

Thats fantastic - a whole stone? Good on you - thats a really healthy and sustainable loss.

Congrats on weighing in and finding you've lost a stone. What a great feeling that must be! I like the sound of your tiny changes. They must all be very good tiny changes, as they're definitely working. Good luck for the week ahead :)

Hiya, I've literally reduced my intake of sugar by a lot and it seems to be working x

Sugar is absolutely everywhere, the biggest one for me was yogurt, I've gone from fruit yogurt that has 15g of sugar to low fat Greek or natural yogurt that has 5-6g I look at everything's sugar level and try not to go over 5g for the recommended portion xx
