NHS 12 week plan. It works. You will lose 1-2 pounds a week. Slightly more in the first weeks. I lost 2 and half stone and have kept it off. Check it out. Basically mainly simple home cooking, less saturated fats, plenty veg and wholemeal carbs eg bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, lean meats plus oily fish eg salmon. I cut right down on crisps, cake and large chocolate bars and foods high in saturated fats! Good luck
