Hello. I am very new here! 4 month postpartum and extremely willing to loos the weight I gained during pregnancy in next 3 months. I am talking about to loos around 15 to 20 kg :/
Was 93 kg in last week of pregnancy now 81kg. Still a lot to loos.
Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated

My advice would be to find a plan that you will find sustainable for life so that the weight doesn't return and to accept that it may take longer than 3 months to achieve the goal you have set yourself. For long term weight loss, it is not advisable to be loosing more than 2lb a week. You have done well so far

Thank you for your reply. I am happy with 2lbs a week as I am breastfeeding naturally I am losing almost 1 lbs weekly even before I start diet and exercise.
Do you know anything about Surya Mudra and if it really helps for weight loss?
As you are still breast feeding please don’t drop your calorie intake low. Loosing 1lb a week is fantastic 😊
No I nothing about Surya Mudra but having looked it up, I’m doubtful that it will make much difference to your weight loss.
My friend’s doing keto and I can’t believe her success !! The real thing that helped her was changing her sugar source she looks 10 years younger and so healthy it’s bizarre even her skin hair. There’s so many products you can buy for keto to make it easier. She does only walking she just put her wedding dress on from her 25th anniversary darn thing fits !! She did so well she was going to get gastric sleeve she tried everything this has been her last diet!
