I’ve had a bad eating day!
I’ve a lot on at work so didn’t have time to plan and prep today.
As a result I’ve had a carb heavy day! When I’m stressed I crave bread, pasta and potatoes 😪

Tomorrow is another day. What have you learnt from today? When you have time, do some batch cooking and make sure you have things in the freezer you can just grab when life gets too busy
