Hi all! It's been a couple of years since I was last on here.
So the last 5 years I've had 3 babies, bought a house which we've completely renovated, learnt to drive (and PASSED!), then devastatingly my husband was assaulted on Christmas Eve and sustained multiple head injuries needing lots of surgery and rehab etc! He is now home and recovering well, against all odds but so thankfully.
Needless to say my body has not been my priority and I have gained 2 stone!! The great news is my husband is now able to manage with the kids for half an hour each day for me to get out power walking or doing a cardio work out at home...
I'm cutting down portion sizes haha! Eating more protein and veg with less nasty carbs... I'm still going to have plenty of treats as want a sustainable diet as I love food, love to cook, love to try new things, and bloody love chocolate!
How is everybody getting on? What are your methods for weight loss??
