Joined on the last bank holiday Monday. Have yoyoed since then. But this morning, at 7am I printed out food trackers, and nutrition info. Last night, I dropped off my boy at a party, then with husband sat and ate some Chinese in the car. Didn't enjoy any of it, felt vile hunched in a car, no room, washing it down with fizzy pop. It was almost like self harming!
Planning out healthy meals, concentrating on the power of water, and exercise. I weigh 16 stone 11 lbs. as my mum would say, that's enough of THAT. Pull yourself together.

I remember you joined last week, and it's great to see you've posted here today. It's really good that you've planned out some healthy meals, and that you're focusing on ensuring you drink sufficient water, and do some exercise.
I'd like to wish you a really good week ahead. Do make use of the Pinned posts, as there are some helpful posts there. There's a really good Recipe collation post too - so if you're stuck for ideas for recipes or meal ideas, then it would be a good place to look. Let me know if you can't locate it, as I will give you the link.
Hope you're enjoying the weekend.
Maybe join us in the Monday group weigh-in sessions, if you like the idea of a Monday weigh-in. It's a very supportive and friendly group, and you'd be really welcome.
Hi, many thanks for taking the time to cheer me on. I've just made courgetti, mixed it with 50g (dry) tagliatelle, it's amazing! My lunch is about 75% vegetables, which is unheard of for me. I will definitely look at pinned posts because when the boredom sets in, they will be a life saver. Hope your weekend is going well, best wishes Alison.
Great to hear you'll be joining us for the Monday group weigh-in. Your idea of combining the courgetti with the tagliatelle sounds excellent! I really like that idea.
Do have a look at our Recipe Collation post - you need to click on the 'view more' option when looking at the Pinned posts to find it, but it's quite extensive and has some nice photos that different members have posted in the past of their meals/recipes.
Mum's sometimes know what's best......You know in your heat what's right, do it for you. Years ago my old Mum (bless her) paid for 'us' to to to a slimming club...she wanted to treat me. I loved her for her kindness......she told me later she could she me getting bigger and bigger....and decided we needed to go! I know I've said it before, but nothing tastes better than 'slim'.....Have a good week and love yourself......
