Wow!

Hello new to this forum but well done that’s amazing, bet you feel great!! I wish I could lose a pound!! The only time I lost weight was when I was in hospital last year and didn’t eat for 3 days and was constantly sick!

Hello and welcome Tinks73! You'll certainly be able to lose a pound and more on here if that's needed with the support and advice you can find on here.

Please use this link which takes you to our Pinned Posts section in which you will find a Welcome message and guide to our site plus links to other groups on here

....it can take a bit to master finding one's way so please read the material carefully.

Please note, don't use the HU App, it is much easier to use the website.

We recommend that members join a Weekly Weigh-In, on the day of your choice, and also use the Daily Diary, where members share their meal plans and get useful feedback. They are found under Pinned Posts (go back to the link I gave you above)

A special feature of our Forum is the degree of support between members which you will experience (and add to yourself !) as you join in and chat with others.

All the best on your weight-loss journey ! 😊

You lost one third of your weight in half a year which is pretty considerable. I think that is why if you look aside a bit, the weight is coming back.

Can I invite you to the Sunday weigh in group? It is now open and you can find it among the Pinned Posts. You may have received a welcome post from TeamAdmin where you were guided how to find things around :-). The title is Super Sunday Slimmer weigh in 19/04/2020 (or similar).

I wish you every success with your weight maintenance.
