If you feel hungry in-between meals, try drinking some water, it might help.

If you are experiencing hunger and not an emotional need to fill up the boredom with eating, then you need to check what and how much you're eating. If you're calorie counting, make sure your allowance is personalised with the NHS BMI calculator and make sure the foods that you're eating aren't actually making you feel hungry.
