No, it means you're human 😊💕
Hi Shaz1968,
No, you are not a failure! There's nothing wrong with considering returning to another weight loss group - and I would like to wish you success with Weight Watchers, and hope that it will give you the extra support and structure you're looking for. Having face to face meetings can be very effective, so maybe that's what you need at the moment.
You can still check-in with the Weight Loss NHS forum as well - if you want to, and I hope you do, as we'd miss you!
You need to do what is right for you Shaz, and we will support you in your decision. Personally I think you are great, because you're keeping going, and you're not losing faith, you're finding and seeking what you need, and having some extra support from an organisation like Weight Watchers is what you're considering, and I would like to wish you the very best with it, and hope you'll be successful in moving forward and hope that things improve for you.
Hope you keep in touch and let us know how you're doing.

Not at all! It's whatever works for you, if you feel that would be right for you do it, but we are still here for you too.
Nope. Whatever works for you ☺
People in glass houses should never throw stones. Therefore I would never be critical of anyone wanting to lose weight in a way that suits them. Good luck. Xx
Failure to me would be not accepting that you have a problem, and being determined that there is only one way to lose weight, and that there are no other good solutions. To me it would be like saying the only exercise choice is going to the gym. I love it, but It doesn't work for others, but I would encourage them to find some exercise that works for them, from the huge choice of great ways to exercise.
I would be far more concerned if you announced that you wanted to follow a fad diet.
I hope you will pop in here to tell us how you are.
No, you’re certainly not a failure, shaz1968, and you shouldn’t ever consider yourself as one, since there’s no limit to the amount times you can return to weight loss, regardless of how you attempt it.
If you feel that WW provides you with the kind of structure and support that has served you in the past, return to it.
Hi, I agree with the comments below. You are not a failure. My support is here and the scales at Boots. Yes I could buy some, but I go weekly and stand on their scales and get the print out and that is between the machine and me. I keep the little print out to track my weight.
I guess we all need something or someone. I went to weight watchers many years ago and started to eat their meals on occasion, but for me this wasn't the way forward. Their meals were too small for me and I ate more basically. Now I very, very rarely eat processed foods as this is a lifestyle change for me.
Do what is best for you, the disciple of a card being filled out and of course paying is an incentive, this can and does work for many many people. When the weight comes off, result.!
If it's one size fits all we would all be size 10 😳, you need to find out what works for you, it can be one or more strategies, I don't want you to even think about the F word, you can do it and you will do it, it just takes a bit of time to figure your plan of attack🤗
It's a good plan if your not diabetic. I was there to start with. But had to do my own carb check. It got to much. I was doing it over the computer it was cheaper. But my doctor told me it's not for watching carbs you have to do that. So I ended up on my fitness pal. They do the carbs check and other things. It's free. They set up your calorie in take so you know how many you need a day. But if you need one on one weight watch is the way. I didn't need someone tell me what I did wrong or how good I was. I knew.
Check out the group that meets Thursday online with stats and support cool I think I will participate too I have weight to lose again from sedentary because of fall then surgery rehab and exercise have helped me lose 14 lbs and still plugging away ! Keep the faith 😊
No, most certainly not. We all have periods of things not going so well, it's called life and it tends to get in the way of good intentions and good habits!
