Hi, I just want to encourage anyone with that awful label 'morbidly obese', you can ake the changes for a healthy life. I was 23 stone 14 months ago and currently 15 and a half. I now love exercise and weight training. It does hurt to start but stick at it and the rewards are amazing. Get the right people around you to support you and good luck x

October 2018 I was morbidly obese! By October 2019 I lost over six stone and became my healthy bmi. It can be done as you say! Now it's 2020. I still love my exercise! Although I have put on one stone so am overweight. I am trying to work on it! No way will I let myself go back to what I was!
