thanks for all replies . Today I started well but by the evening I was back to my old self binge eating . fortunately I went to bed early so stopped some of the damage, I hate this behaviour but can not seem to stop

Well done Vance for breaking out of the bingeing last night and getting yourself off to bed. Not sure I'd be able to do that.

When you posted, moreless mentioned using the weigh-ins and the Daily Diarys. There's many people that use both these events that will tell you how much they help them day to day, week to week :)

I was once told here, 'if you always do what you've always done, then you'll always get what you've always got'! Why not make a commitment today to do some things differently?

Took me a long time to get over binge eating and trust me I never thought I would. Just keep at it and speak to people here.

It's sometimes so difficult to recognise that trigger, what do they say you have to do something for at least 20 times before it becomes a habit ! Try again tomorrow and don't beat yourself up little changes daily !!
