Thank goodness

After 2 weeks I have finally lost 2 pounds. It's small but means the world to me, probably just from stress. I'm going to walk the dog and try to make good choices and see what next week brings. Happy slimming everyone

Don't put yourself down! Stress usually makes us gain not lose. Well done, keep going!

Well done on keep going :) you are doing well :)

Are you going to join the Super Saturday weigh in? It can be found in events :)

Lol, eh I'm only managing half trying Saturday, what's the difference between the two?

in reply toFortynfedup

The difference is that this is your own thread and the Super Saturday one is the group Weigh in thread where it is hosted and everyone of the group supports the others :)

The weigh in's are posted the night before for the early birds to post first thing and it closes at 10pm

All the information can be found in the Newbie Club - here is the link for you healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

Great news! It can be dispiriting each time those scales don't play ball but you must be doing the right thing and now you just have to keep doing the same.

Well done Fortynfedup :) Nothing quite like the head buzz you get when you see the scales go down. Looking forward to seeing the next two.
