I have read and studied the nhs 12 week weight management programme. I am about to work out a healthy eating plan based on the calorie count and follow the healthy advice. I am sure I am eating way over the calories I should be and also the food and exercise advice is easy to follow. I am going to measure portions as generally I eat quite well but just too much. I started couch to 5k and enjoy walk/jogging to music to pump me up lol. I am excited as I have a holiday booked and a new job opportunity and being good in health and happy in mood will be the best achievement for me. Happy health to all xx
